I purchased my Lincoln Corsair yesterday and everyone was so friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable fadi was great he showed me everything I needed to see about the car before just jumping right In and pulling off and JP was great also very funny and down to earth thanks for the experience!

My salesperson, Paul, was efficient, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I had the unfortunate situation of needing to coordinate a Lemon Law Buyback for my 2024 Nautilus. I worked with Paul to purchase a 2025 Nautilus and fortunately there was one on the lot that was perfect for my needs. Paul didn't force me to go through the motions - he accepted my assertion that I was informed and experienced with the vehicle and technology. He made the transaction very smooth and efficient. The buyback seemed like it would be stressful and frankly the buyback agent I worked with did not make the process feel easy, but Paul turned it around and put my mind at ease.
The finance representative, Nate, was friendly and knowledgeable as well. I am usually put off by those meetings. I feel rude just telling them to skip their spiel, so I let him go through the options. When I explained my driving habits and that I wasn't interested, he didn't push too hard and he let me finish the transaction.
Overall, the facility is clean and feels welcoming. The staff are all friendly. I am confident that I will continue to work with Nick Mayer Lincoln for maintenance and future car purchases, as well as recommend them to friends and family interested in a Lincoln.

I was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff at Nick Mayer Lincoln. I worked with 2 sales men ( Scott L. and Hugh L.) and they were both costomer focused. They answered all my questions and helped me with technical questions. They allowed me to take my time and get familiar with the Lincoln Nautilus. They were professional and easy to work with. I am very happy with my new car.
